Our program empowers practitioners like you with strategies to create an effective, sustainable, and profitable practice. We will be your facilitators and co-creators. Biz Assist is also your best buddy for consultation, validation, that extra motivation and “nudging” in achieving your goals in building your own business.
About Us
We are a husband-and-wife team. We are the sole owners, creators, and founders of Memphis MFR YOGA dba Unique Potential Network, Inc. We currently operate a successful outpatient Physical Therapy and Wellness Clinic in Memphis/Cordova TN.
We established our practice in 2010. The Grace D. Vedala’s MFR YOGA Approach has been Trademarked by USPTSO on January 22, 2019. We have trained multi-disciplinary MFR therapists, yoga teachers, athletic trainers, and other clinicians on MFR YOGA.
We wish to share our collective wisdom and experience with practitioners like you to make health and wellness a viable choice of services in the community you live in.

You will receive business coaching and guidance to help you navigate the complexity of building your own clinic from ground up.
You will learn how to effectively integrate the Myofascial Release + Yoga Principles and Practice into your (existing) business operation.
You will learn new strategies (clinical and business) to achieve a resilient and robust practice.
We will help you establish your business practice as an authentic MFR YOGA provider, just like we have built ours.
We will help you advertise and generate online traffic to your website. Your website will be published free of charge on ours on the first year after completion of our 12-month business coaching program.
Details of Program
Upon enrollment, you and (one) business partner (optional) will receive the following:
Business Development Planning
This is a session where you will present us your vision and goals for your own clinic/studio. You will create a plan of action towards achieving your business goals.
Comprehensive Insurance Filing and Claims Training
This session is done in person or via zoom with the designated person and/or business owner. This can be availed anytime within the program.
Comprehensive Accounting Software Training
This is done in person or via zoom with the designated person and/or business owner. This can be availed anytime within the program.
Monthly Meetings
These monthly sessions are utilized for exchange of clinical and business queries to keep you in track with your progress, receive assistance and guidance on any topic you need coaching on.

Building your own business is no small feat and could take more than one year (look at us!) with results varying from person to person. It will take a lot of patience, resilience, effort, learning curves and gathering wisdoms along the way, but in due time, we all hope that you will be happy with your decision to come on board with us. Rest assured, we are giving our 100% commitment in helping you build a successful business.
Contract is renewable yearly. Monthly Payment options available, 12 month – $275/month or 6 month – $325/month.
Additional Offerings
We are glad to offer you more trainings and services in addition to the business coaching program:
Foundations of Teaching MFR YOGA Workshop
This is a 25-hours workshop given on a 3-day weekend of any date scheduled for training. This is a fun, experiential learning process done in group setting of 2-5 participants. A pre-requisite of taking any John F. Barnes’ seminar is a must to fully understand the full integration of MFR and Yoga practice. Fee for this workshop is $495 (each single registrant) or $470 (each registrant for group of 2+).
Claims Processing and Insurance Filing
The training is included in the coaching program. However, if you need us to do the work for your clinic, our fee is 10% per patient, per claim, processed with the health insurance company.
Future Opportunities
It is our vision to continue with our MFR YOGA educational workshops within different geographical regions of the continental United States. Furthermore, we also plan on developing our MFR YOGA Global Project, where we give thanks and give back to our country of birth (Philippines and India). We believe we have created a highly effective therapeutic approach to alleviate pain, improve function, and promote wellness in our community using the Grace D. Vedala’s MFR YOGA Approach.
